Steve Marzocco
Non-Executive Advisor
Steve Marzocco is a seasoned technology executive, delivering on C-suite and board roles, entrepreneur, and venture strategist; with over four decades of experience building, scaling, and turning around companies across IT, telecom and secured broadband. He utilized segment-defining AI in decision-support applications, early e-commerce, pioneering digital health, Fintech, and Medtech. He has successfully completed over a dozen corporate turnarounds and launched several industry firsts, several of which serve as high-value case studies in strategic and operational management.
Steve also predicted on record the failures of multiple high-profile leaders, including “Wall Street darlings,” such as shortly after SoftBank made a headline-making $500 million investment into one company and another following a famous tech billionaire’s investment in a BusinessWeek cover story feature company. His volunteer efforts include his due diligence expertise being highlighted as the strongest indicator among forty seasoned venture capitalists and deal professionals evaluating a diverse range of 172 companies.
Additionally, Steve co-led an initiative impacting national policy, affecting certain national security concerns, which succeeded where others failed. This effort involved top figures from the White House, Congress, influential trade groups, and leaders such as the Founder of VISA.
One of the spinouts Steve led, which included the CEO recruitment while directing the repositioning of a Medtech platform parent entity into a spinout strategy, was voted “Most Valuable” by Keiretsu Northwest and Rockies members.
